These are specific instructions you must follow when using the Applicator.

Follow these directions step by step.

Step 1: Drink a 16 ounce glass of water before Applicator use and drink lots over the days ahead.

Step 2: Take a hot shower or rub a warm wash cloth on your target area to help open the pores of your skin.

Step 3: Cut open the gel beads and rub the lotion on your target area (2 beads with Abs/Back, 2 beads per pair of Legs/Arms, 1 bead with Chin and 0 beads with the Facial Applicator).

Step 4: Unfold the Applicator and place firmly onto your skin. Use elastic band that comes in the package to hold in place if needed.
Note: The elastic band only comes with a three pack. If you only purchased one Applicator, use an ace bandage or saran wrap to ensure good contact between the Applicator and the skin.

Step 5: Leave on your skin for at least an hour and make sure there is good contact with your skin and the Applicator. You may sleep in it to see better and more immediate results. Don't sleep with the Facial Applicator.

Dr. Garza recommends a three pack of Applicators for best results!

Dr. Garza created the Applicator to be used in sets of 3 and it is packaged in 3's. The only reason I sell singles, is because it usually works, but keep in mind that a three pack will give you much better results on your target area. You can only target one area at a time and you must wait 4 days in between applications. If you used the Chin Applicator on Monday, you will use the second one on Friday and the third on the next Tuesday. Then wait 4 more days to use another Applicator. Each 3 pack is a 12 day process and you can Never target more than one area at a time, NO EXCEPTIONS!

The herbal and homeopathic remedies on the Applicator are designed to work with your body and because of the strength of the formula, your body can only burn off so much fat at one given time. By applying multiple Applicators or using them within a 1, 2 or 3 day period, your results will be minimal. You will continue to see results daily when applied properly. So, be sure to follow the system.

Step 6: Wait 120 hours (4 days) to apply the 2nd Applicator and repeat steps 1-6 and again after 4 days for the
3rd Applicator.
